We all know that if we eat nutritious foods in reasonable quantities and do some cardio and strength training, our bodies will thank us for it. But why don’t we do it? There are a ton of great reasons to engage in behaviors to improve our health. We’ll fit into clothes better, we’ll have more energy, we’ll just feel better because we’re taking good care of our bodies. And when we feel better, we do better in the world. I know when I feel good physically, I feel good emotionally, and that makes me a better wife, mom, daughter, friend, employee, coach, human, etc.
So why doesn’t everyone take good care of their bodies all the time? Most people know to exercise and eat whole foods with plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats, so why don’t we do it?
The answer is we need accountability and support. And that’s exactly what I can offer you in a Challenge Group. And that accountability and support are totally free! All you have to do is commit to a group and use any Beachbody program, and you’ll have my support and the support of all the other challengers in our group. I’ll check in with you daily (or less often if that’s what you want from me) to help you progress towards your exercise and nutrition goals. You’ll be able to see from others how they’re reaching for their goals. We’ll share recipes, struggles, victories, and lots of tips. Groups are private (accessible only to other invited challengers) and on Facebook or My Challenge Tracker App.
