Here are a few things I’m thankful for this week:
- Sleep. Your body does it’s best healing when you’re asleep.
- Job security. 5 years ago I landed in a random prison library job, and it’s turned out to be a great fit for me with great benefits and lots of job security. My position isn’t going anywhere, and nobody else wants it. 🙂
- Books. Ah, books.
- Kale. The oldest loves it, I love it, the hubby loves it, and he grows it in our garden.
- Youth sports coaches. They do the good work of teaching kids to work together, support each other, and to win and lose with grace.
