30 days of Country Heat + Shakeology done! I think this is the third time I’ve completed this program. I missed a few days this round because my body told me it needed the extra rest, but I saw good results anyway. And I’m so happy to have my Shakeology back after eliminating it along with several other foods for the first 30 days of the Autoimmune Protocol!
Here are my results:…
✔️Down 5.8 lbs
✔️3″ Lost on Hips + Waist
✔️3 pairs of pants that didn’t fit 30 days ago fit now
✔️My butt is lifting! (or maybe my thighs are just getting smaller, it’s hard to tell)
The biggest differences I see are in the area above my hips and below my bust. My mid section is losing fat (finally!), and, counter to what you might expect, I think eating more fat and doing lower intensity exercise is what’s doing it for me.
The pictures at the top shows this round’s results and the picture below shows the progress I’ve made over the last year or so. So many of the benefits I’m reaping from these programs aren’t visible in pictures, though. I have more energy, my posture is better, and I feel stronger.
And my clothes are so much more comfortable, and that gives me more confidence. It’s funny how much better I feel when my pants fit right and aren’t too tight in any one spot.
