Beachbody Coaching Basics

What are the basics of Beachbody Coaching? Well, the most basic thing about the job is that all you have to do is help people. If they’re your customers, you help them with their health and fitness goals. If they’re coaches that you sponsor, you help them build their own business. It’s pretty simple, and anyone can be good at it. The only skill you need is to show people that you care about them and their well-being. There are so many people out there that need your help. They’re walking around not taking care of their bodies well, which makes them less happy than they could be if their bodies felt good. Did you know that more than 1 out of every 3 American adults is obese? Beachbody’s core mission is to end the trend of obesity because it will simply help make the world a better place. Does that sound like something you want to contribute to? Then read on!

There are perks to being a coach other than the good feels from helping people. One thing you get without having to have any customers or personally sponsored coaches at all is a 25% discount on most Beachbody products you purchase for yourself. That means a 25% discount on Shakeology, workout DVD’s, other supplements, and more! In fact, if you just want a discount and don’t want to build a business, that’s totally okay. You don’t have to sell one thing in order to maintain your status as a coach and receive your discount.

If you do want to build a business, you get a 25-40% commission on anything a customer buys from you. Now this doesn’t mean you buy inventory and then sell it like with many companies. People buy from you via a website Beachbody sets up for you. They take care of all inventory and shipping, so you can focus your efforts on supporting your customers and sponsored coaches. As you build your own team, you earn something called a Team Cycle Bonus (it’s basically a bonus based on the sales volume of the coaches you sponsor, in other words, find people who want to help people and get bigger bonuses the more people those people help).

It’s a pretty awesome way to earn some extra cash. And, if you work hard at it and put effort into your business everyday, you could earn a lot of cash. Of course, Beachbody doesn’t guarantee any level of income, and your income is dependent on your own effort, diligence, and skill. But I know plenty of real people who are changing their lives through their Beachbody business. The founder of the larger team I’m on is about to hit the $2 million mark (yes, $2 MILLION!), and one of her sponsored coaches just hit the $1 million mark. Several coaches on our team have quit jobs in the corporate world because their coaching business surpassed their corporate income (think accountant, paralegal, office manager type salaries replaced), and now they work 10-20 hours/week from home or anywhere they want instead of spending 40 hours or more/week in some office. This team has only been in existence for 5 years, so it is totally possible to create a lucrative business simply by helping and inspiring people to better themselves and others.

So how do you sign up and are there any fees? You can sign up when you purchase a Challenge Pack to join a Challenge Group and there is no coach enrollment fee, or you can simply enroll as a coach and pay a $39.95 fee (AND if you’re active, reserve, or a military veteran, you can enroll and your sign up fee will be returned to you, so it’s free!). After you sign up, you will pay a monthly coach fee of $15.95, which covers 3 websites provided by Beachbody and keeps you from having to deal with any inventory handling.

So those are the basics of the Beachbody Coaching business. What do you think? Do you want to change your life simply by helping people change their lives?
