New Vegan Shakeology Flavors & Recipes

Woohoo! Shakeology is now available in 2 more vegan flavors! Those of us who avoid dairy can now rejoice that we are no longer limited to Chocolate Vegan and Tropical Strawberry. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Chocolate Vegan even more than the regular Chocolate flavor, and the Tropical Strawberry is refreshing, but I’ve been jealous for quite some time now of the other flavors available for those without a problem with dairy.

For me, consuming dairy contributes to inflammation in my gut, and I suspect it increases my body’s autoimmune response to my thyroid (more on that another time, though). The protein in Vegan Shakeology is derived from plant sources such as pea, chia, quinoa, etc., and I’ll need to introduce each of those legume and seed proteins back into my diet individually since I’m on the AIP, but if all goes well I’ll be enjoying this stuff by the first week of May.

Anyhow, I’ve been thrilled with the 2 vegan flavors available, and am so excited to share this weekend’s announcement of 2 new vegan flavors!

Do you know how exciting this is?! I’m a huge coffee lover and am so totally jazzed that I get to have a vegan version of Café Latte Shakeology now, too! And there are so many awesome sounding recipes out there with Vanilla as a base, so I’m pretty pumped to try all of those with Vanilla Vegan.
