Where To Find AIP Compliant Foods

I’m just starting out with AIP, and I decided I need a list of AIP compliant foods and where I found them, so I figure a blog post with a simple list will do the trick! I’ll update the list whenever I find new AIP foods, and the newest items will be at the bottom of each category.

BTW, I’m excellent at finding information, so if there is a food you’d like help finding, let me know in the comments. If it exists, I will find it. Let me put my Master of Science of Information degree to work for you! 🙂
